Such high ceilings both in the lobby and at the entrance make Hilton Lake Como look almost like a museum like New York’s MoMa.

Pieces of art line the hallways, and every element in the elegant, modern lobby is repeated in the rooms including lighting, parquet floors, and color palettes.

He has a firm hand and a curiosity toward experimentation, but each dish must be understandable to the palate, and recognizable in the elements he selects to compose it. The raw material is of absolute quality and often territorial.

The proposal recounts both the culinary history of the North through dishes such as risotto with porcini mushrooms, minestrone or schnitzel, but also the more international world or one that wants to dare with contrasts from seared tuna with pistachio, red fruit gel, wasabi air, to sea bass with crispy artichoke, mushroom tea, lychee, marigold flowers, or duck breast lacquered with chestnut honey, celeriac cream, kale chips, pomegranate.
