It is Casa Vessicchio to host the San Remo stage of Step by Step, the artistic scouting and development format born within La Town, an independent cultural hub in the heart of Rome and the creative home of Leave Music.
Conceived as a structured path dedicated to emerging talent, Step by Step offers live auditions, face-to-face moments with industry professionals, networking and concrete opportunities for growth. The goal is not just to offer a stage, but to accompany artists through a process that can culminate in the production of an EP with Leave Music and Sony Music distribution.
“Step by Step was born from the idea that talent should be followed, not just discovered,” explains Alberto Quartana, Artistic Director of Leave Music. “We want to offer young artists a real professional context where they can measure themselves against the market and understand what it means to transform a passion into a concrete recording project.”
The Sanremo stop was a significant step for the format: leaving the Roman venue of La Town and inserting itself in the most important week of Italian music allowed the artists to perform in a highly qualified context, in front of sector operators, media and music industry stakeholders.

Casa Vessicchio proved to be an ideal setting for this meeting between new generations and professionals, becoming a space for comparison and visibility at a strategic moment for the national scene.
Strengthening the project was the collaboration with OzApp, the initiative’s digital partner, which amplified the experience through its channels, extending the artists’ visibility beyond the live event.
“Today an artist’s journey is also built through the digital dimension,” stresses Ferzan Ozpetek, creator of OzApp. “Documenting and sharing these experiences means creating continuity and opportunities to connect with a wider community.”
Also crucial is the support of Dimensione, a 10G fiber player, which supports Step by Step by interpreting connectivity as a lever of growth for new generations.
“Investing in projects like this means supporting merit,” says Roberto Padulo, CEI of Dimension. “Our infrastructure enables connections, but it is people who value those connections. We believe that empowering young people to compete is a concrete responsibility of businesses.”
The synergy between cultural space, digital platform and technology enterprise has thus created an integrated model: an ecosystem where creativity, infrastructure and entrepreneurial vision meet to foster the growth of young artists.
The Sanremo stop confirms Step by Step as a project capable of combining scouting, production and professional accompaniment, keeping the enhancement of new voices in Italian music at the center.
