A pair of dancers, from Italian Dance Studio https://www.facebook.com/italiandancestudio/?locale=it_IT, take the stage with small dance shows, a moment of entertainment designed to accompany dinner, not interrupt it.

It is an elegant and engaging event that lights up the room every Wednesday night to the rhythm of rumba, cha cha cha, modern, and tango. Different dance styles and a cross-cultural music selection in 4/5 outings.

The choreography byItalian Dance Studio, under the artistic direction of Angelo Madonia, is designed specifically to complement a hospitality experience amidst gastronomic itineraries and quality mixology.

The venue’s central hall is an oval courtyard with columns and becomes the centerpiece of Italian Dance Studio’s stage.

A scenic backdrop with a kitchen and cocktail bar overlooking the room forms one with the Dinner Show and a tale of taste beauty and art.

  • The convivial table

The Marchese is known for his convivial spirit, which has brought a piece of Romanity to Milan, starting with traditional dishes from the capital such as carbonara and amatriciana and a few more creative expressions homage to the host city such as Milano Roma risotto with saffron and coda alla vaccinara.

An enjoyable table without too many frills but in a refined setting, with a sometimes sumptuous design accompanied by polite but not stiff service. Velvet sofas, marble tables, crystal and brass chandeliers, the perfect setting to create a vibe of pleasant expectation as you taste the courses of de Marchese’s cuisine.

Hard to tell because every show must be experienced live. Dance is still an under-explored world in the fine-dining industry. Yet there is a rich history of fascination around cabarets, think of Moulin Rouge born in Paris in the 1950s, or even the tango show between tables also born in Buenos Aires and then imported that too to Milan among other cities.

Italian Dance Studio brings to the Marquis a contemporary evolution of the dance show, made up of classic but also modern steps, same goes for music and costumes

  • A complete experience of more than just dancing
