Eileen Wilson, New York’s Moma barlady will be in Milan the weekend of May 9 and 10. Two dates to mark for mixology connoisseurs .

Eileen Wilson Head Bartender of the two Michelin-starred restaurant The Modern, inside the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York will bring some of her Mixology Art to the Hotel Principe di Savoia . Wilson is currently one of the most influential figures in contemporary mixology thanks to a personal style that combines rigorous technique, creativity and a deep sensitivity to ingredients. With his cocktails he wants to create multi-sensory experiences, constantly collaborating with the kitchen.

On Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10, starting at 7:30 p.m., New York cocktails will be available at the Principe Bar at theHotel Principe di Savoia Dorchester Collection https://www.dorchestercollection.com/milan/hotel-principe-di-savoia in partnership with Tequila Enemigo, the fashionable and ultra-premium Mexican brand of the moment.

Eileen Wilson will not be the only star of the weekend behind the bar. Her creativity will be complemented by the experience and technique of Daniele Celli, bar manager at Principe Bar.

Daniele Celli studied at Jerry Thomas Educational in Rome, one of the most prestigious bartending schools internationally.

Before arriving at Principe di Savoia, he was a talent at “Mag” and then at “1930,” a famous speakeasy in Milan. His is a philosophy based on transforming raw materials and altering not only their tastes but also their forms through infusion, fermentation and distillation techniques.

“Bal Tabarin Dance” – Clarified Grapefruit Cordial, Cassis, Novies Amaro, Lemon, Tequila Enemigo 00 Extra Añejo, Clarified Beer Grapefruit Cordial, Cassis, Noveis Amaro, Lemon, Tequila Enemigo 00 Extra Añejo, Pilsner . A lively and aromatic long drink with an effervescent and unexpected finish given by the beer.

Severini – Sugar Syrup, Lime, Midori, Olive Brine, Tequila Enemigo 55 Blanco, Soda Simple Syrup, Lime, Midori, Olive Brine, Tequila Enemigo 55 Blanco, Club Soda . A bold cocktail that plays on sharp contrasts: sugar syrup, lime and Midori – green melon liqueur made in Japan – balance the savoriness of olive brine, all complemented by Enemigo Tequila Blanco and the fizzy boost of soda.

The Spring – Fino Sherry, Dolin Blanc, Enemigo 55 Blanco Tequila Fino Sherry, Dolin Blanc, Enemigo 55 Blanco Tequila With a drier, more floral flavor, it combines Fino Sherry with the light, elegant taste of Dolin Blanc Vermouth and the delicate notes of Enemigo Tequila Blanco.

A rich cocktail that stands out for its aromatic complexity: spicy and fortified hints, given by absinthe, cocoa cream, Ancho Reyes, and Sherry East India Solera, intertwine with a blend of Eileen-prepared Rum and Enemigo Tequila Añejo, for a long, enveloping finish.
