“The Italian Cuisine Celebration,” an exclusive event promoting Italian cuisine around the world, will be held on Nov. 26 at Vesuvius Taste Experience inside the Neuchâtel Casino.
Vesuvius Taste Experience beats Italian hearts on Swiss soil and has conquered the palates of passionate gourmets, managing to inspire local Italian communities and all lovers of made in Italy.
The candidacy of Italian cuisine as a UNESCO heritage site is also supported and advocated through small satellite events, as here at Vesuvius Taste Experience in Neuchâtel.
This exclusive celebration related to Italian food will feature special guests including the Director of ICE Berna, Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies, and Samuele Porsia.

For the evening of Nov. 26, Vesuvius’ chef de cuisine Roberto Gagliano has devised a tasting itinerary that celebrates a united Italy through iconic dishes from its regions .
A North to South menu that will introduce new guests to the versatile gastronomic soul of Vesuvius Taste Experience.
It starts with a typical Sicilian Arancino as a welcome, and then continues in Piedmont with Vitello Tonnato.
Down then to Campania, with the legendary, inescapable Margherita, from where we move on to the Spaghetto al Pomodoro, a tribute to the whole of Italy, and then make a detour to Lazio with a taste of the Piccolo Nido di Cacio e Pepe.
We return to the North with the famous Risotto alla Milanese with Ossobuco, king of Lombardy, and finally move to Veneto and Friuli with an unforgettable Tiramisu.
