MILAN- Second Charity Gala by Fondazione Lab00 ETS and Terre des Hommes Italia, Thursday, Dec. 4 at Fondazione Catella, in support of the most vulnerable families. The ‘ solidarity event is dedicated to raising funds for SpesaSospesa.org®, in support of the “Spazio indifesa” food hub, an integral part of the Food Policy of the City of Milan. Guests include the evening’s patroness Serena Rossi, actress, singer and host, who will be accompanied by comedian Alice Mangione.Chef Filippo La Mantia will prepare a dish reinterpreting traditional flavors with a contemporary approach. The proceeds of the evening will go to help families and children in need, thanks to the joint work of the Lab00 and Terre des Hommes Foundations, which have been working together every day since 2020 to fight poverty and promote social inclusion in Italy, with special attention to women and children. Thanks to the partnership between the two Foundations, more than 25,000 families have been supported in recent years, including more than 5,000 in Milan alone through the Hub “Spazio indifesa.” The event is organized in collaboration with the Food Policy of the City of Milan, the city’s food policy promoted by the city administration to make Milan’s food system more sustainable and inclusive.
