Pizza Week Milan 2025: waiting for Pizza Night with Sicilian flavor

Continuing until Sunday, July 13, Pizza Week Milano now in its second edition, curated by 50 Top Pizza, the online guide to the world’s best pizzerias, founded by Barbara Guerra, Luciano Pignataro and Albert Sapere, involves the excellence of Milanese pizza with tastings, events and author collaborations in 47 venues for 28 pizzeria brands with the participation of the best Italian and foreign pizza makers.

Tonight from 6:30 p.m.
Pizza Night with the flavors of Sicily at Food&Pizza Theatre, the restaurant of Eataly Milano Smeraldo. The fish preserves of the Testa family, a company from the Catanese port of Ognina, will be the protagonists of 3 pizzas offered with classic dough, scrocchiarella dough and in the vertical calzone version. Exclusive to the evening will be on the menu the Testa mackerel pizza, classic dough with buffalo mozzarella, confit tomatoes, mackerel in oil, taggiasche olives, marinated raw red onion, parsley, lemon zest and basil mayonnaise; the Testa tuna pizza, in the white crunchy version with fiordilatte, organic red tuna fillets, caramelized red onion, fried capers, fresh oregano, and lemon citrus oil; the Testa tuna vertical calzone, stuffed with burrata cheese, buzzonaglia bluefin tuna in oil, capers, semi-dry cherry tomatoes and arugula.
