Porticcioli Milano https://porticciolimilano.it opened this year at 11 Lausanne Street. If you pass by in the evening you will notice neon green lighting that is attractive. The neighborhood is home to IYO and Salmon Guru.

Porticcioli Milano focuses on excellent raw material and an urban ” vibe ” in a contemporary setting in which to find seafood dishes and a lively atmosphere.
It is that somewhat Milanese seafood restaurant with a modern decor and comfortable seating that offers a menu between the classic and the creative in the Corso Sempione area.
- A project already underway
The project is the brainchild of Riccardo Condorelli e Lorenzo Postolache, former founders of the first Al Porticcioli in Salò on Lake Garda. Joining them on the Milan team are. Chiara Caresano (Johnson & Johnson manager) and Luca Micheli (head of sound at Chora Media).
- An experienced chef
In the kitchen Ciro Tecchio with a wealth of experience in starred and international restaurants.

- On the menu, the sea is an important presence
From the Paranza – mixed fried squid, shrimp and catch – which is served with crispy vegetables and aromatic sauces; to the crudes, which find their greatest expression in the Plateau Royal, a wide and ever-changing selection created according to market availability. Also excellent are the first courses such as Spaghettone alle vongole and Linguina al ragù di scorfano with red and yellow tomatoes. Among the offerings that best represent the restaurant’s style, the Velo – purple shrimp battuta accompanied by guacamole, citrus sauce, burrata cheese and paprika croutons – complements the Tartare of scottona seasoned with caper flowers, gherkins, mustard, truffle gills, roasted femur and fennel mayonnaise.

Also on the menu are land dishes including Lamb Chops with green beans, cherry tomatoes and mint.
- The Gin Tonic Pairing by Porticcioli Milano

Not just wine. At the Porticcioli Milano bar you will find more than 60 gin labels from around the world so gin pairing, or rather gin tonic pairing, is an option for a slightly different dinner.

We tried some fantastic orecchiette alla Norma with a KiNo Bi Sei, a dry gin with fresh yuzu notes and a spicy accent of Japanese sansho pepper and

a delicate Amberjack Tataki with Ki No Bi Original, refined and citrusy with hints of yuzi, ginger, hinoki bark, and gyokuro green tea.
