Roberto Okabe returns to Finger’s in Milan.
His innovative Japanese cuisine launched at Finger’s has been driving the Milanese crazy for years. And so he has decided to return the maiden Okabe, starting again in Milan, where his fame began.

Already Okabe returns to the place that sealed his visceral union with Milan. In the contemporary gastronomic scene Milan owes so much to him and he owes so much to Milan.
It was 2004 when Roberto Okabe at Finger’s created that fusion cuisine that has been able to bewitch palates. The interplay of flavor freshness and color gave personality and vigor to all the dishes at Finger’s
Nippo-Brazilian by origin, with Japanese roots and training in Asia and Brazil, Okabe has brought to Italy a vision that combines Eastern technique, South American energy and Milanese identity.
Okabe returns to Finger’s with the liveliness and exuberance that has made the 2 Kepler Street venue a cult favorite. A trend-setting place that to this day remains “a continuation” because it never goes out of style.
An almost exotic location that will still be able to give new emotions through the atmosphere and unmatched taste of Okabe creations.
Its return, which seals the rebirth for Finger’s and one of the city’s most beloved kitchens, will be celebrated with an evening event on Thursday, Nov. 27 from 7:30 p.m.
Entitled Celebration day, the evening will begin with a cocktail reception with the evening’s partners,

This will be followed by a dinner with a special menu curated by the chef, featuring some of Finger’s signature dishes, cu its Sushi Selection.
