Ranked 374th in the “Top 500 Bars” world ranking, a nomination in the Top 10 Honorees – Europe at the Tales Spirited Awards in the Best New International Cocktail Bar category and Best Italian New Cocktail Bar 2025 at the Roma Bar Show 2025,
Immersive design has conquered Milan, the four themed rooms – Animal Print Room, Asian Night, Speakeasy Tropicale and Comic Room – welcome fans by offering a drink list that is pure experimentation.

To celebrate its first year of milestones, the venue is offering special programming-from Monday, Nov. 17 to Sunday, Nov. 23-that turns into a journey of mixology, creativity and special guests. Every day a different experience, every day a surprise.

A start with real champions: behind Guru’s Bar brings together Milan institutions Camparino, Moebius, Dry Milano & Rita with their iconic creations - Nov. 19 – Spaghetti Wednesday
Viva L’Italia! Wednesdays celebrating the traditions of the Bel Paese in collaboration with some brands of excellence: Engine Gin, Savoia, Ginarte, Altamura Distilleries & Vetz - Nov. 20 – Guru’s Takeover
Direct from Florence, the team of Locale, one of the most appreciated bars on the international scene, and its uncompromising creativity - Nov. 21 – BIG PARTY
The highlight! From 9 p.m. to closing, Salmon Guru Milano will host a super birthday party with two exceptional protagonists: founder Diego Cabrera (Salmon Guru Madrid) and Kevin Nahass (Salmon Guru Dubai). An evening of celebration from a salmon perspective: always A Contracorriente! - Nov. 22 – Guest Shift
