On the occasion of World Chaîne Day-the tenth edition and 75th anniversary of the re-founding of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs-the brothers and sisters of the Chaîne Toscana Francigena gathered for an intense and meaningful day.
It was a heartfelt, harmonious and joyful celebration that highlighted the deep soul of the Chaîne: a community founded on respect, friendship, sharing and a passion for gastronomic excellence.
The Assembly, held during the meeting, was also an important moment of discussion and participation. It was a strong signal of vitality and cohesion, hinting at a promising future for the Bailliage and strengthening the common will to continue to grow the fraternity in its authentic values.
Villa Medicea Flaherty, the former hunting lodge of Cosimo I de’ Medici, opened its doors, transforming itself into the “home” of the Chaîne Toscana Francigena for this special occasion. It was here that chef Fadyar Pisani, flanked by his kitchen brigade, welcomed guests with warmth, passion and great skill.
Impeccable organization and an atmosphere steeped in history and beauty made the event unforgettable. It was an experience that strengthened the sense of belonging and renewed the common commitment to promoting the art of the table as a tool for unity and dialogue.
