Founded and led by Luca Marcolongo, Alessandro Ahmad, and Edoardo Brillante (pictured below, in that order), the company specializes in identifying, acquiring, and converting existing buildings into residential projects. It oversees all phases of these projects, from opportunity selection to structuring, development, and marketing. <\/p>\n\n

To develop its projects, Gibeon Partners collaborates with architectural firms, real estate professionals, and organizations in the contemporary art world. These partnerships are complemented by investors and institutional funds involved in structuring and executing the projects.<\/p>\n\n

The company, which specializes in urban development and regeneration, has launched more than 30 projects over the past 18 months, totaling more than 40,000 square meters of redeveloped space. The aggregate value of these projects is approximately 200 million euros.<\/h2>\n\n

Among the key projects is the Piazza Udine<\/strong> project, which involves the conversion of approximately 7,800 square meters of space previously used for offices into residential units. The plan includes 130 residential units and approximately 800 square meters of retail space at street level. The total reported value of the transaction is 40 million euros.<\/p>\n\n

  • Gibeon Partners: New Opportunities and Investments Beyond Milan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Milan remains the primary market, but favorable conditions are prompting the company to consider applying the same model in other cities as well.<\/p>\n\n

    In Italy, the company is focusing in particular on Rome and Bologna. In Europe, Madrid and Athens are among the markets currently being evaluated by management. <\/p>\n\n

    To support this expansion, Gibeon Partners is prepared to invest an additional 200 million euros, with the goal of gradually expanding its pipeline and capitalizing on new opportunities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
