We like to go out to meet the customer, trying to get to know his or her tastes and needs so that we can personalize the stay with a few tricks.
I personally chose the Bellevue colors, the turquoise tones that I like so much.
I like that there is an elegant but also jovial atmosphere. A lot of families with children come here. Being on the beach without a road to cross to get to the sea is priceless for parents’ peace of mind.
We have games, a pool and a kitchen that tries to please everyone.
Enthusiasm is key for those who want to do this job because you know how to convey it in the way you do hospitality. I was educated in Switzerland to do something else, but the passion passed on to me by my father and already in my heartstrings led me to pursue the hospitality industry.
In the early years I used to go directly to make contracts with agencies abroad to bring in foreign clients.
Today we are satisfied our hotel is always all booked as early as Easter.
Ladies from various countries come to us every year to hold bridge tournaments.
They play in the hall and outdoor tables until late in the evening, perhaps sipping drinks.
