Milano, proclaimed “Revelation of the Year 2024” by the Identità Golose “Pizza and Cocktails” guide and winner of the “Gluten Free Pizza of the Year” an award from the Milan and Lombardy a Tavola 2025 guide, and Diego Vitagliano, owner of the eponymous pizzerias in Naples, Bagnoli and Pozzuoli , first runner-up of 50 Top Pizza Italia 2024 and second runner-up of 50 Top Pizza World 2024.

The five-course tasting menu includes appetizer, pizza tasting and dessert. The two master pizza makers will entertain guests by preparing pizzas in the open kitchen. -. Both masters have an approach that combines tradition and contemporary vision. Over the course of the evening we will work with different doughs and shapes. Biga Milano, opened in 2021 from an idea of entrepreneur Gennaro Esposito, has two on Via Antonio Pollaiuolo and Moscova on Via Alessandro Volta. The pizzeria stands out for its well-made doughs from the classic with contemporary drafting, through the long-rising wagon wheel dough, created with low-refined, low-glycemic-impact flours, as well as doughs prepared for pan pizza, the “padellino,” and especially the gluten-free dough, prepared at the Via Antonio Pollaiuolo location thanks to the specially set up “gluten free” department, for which Biga has obtained AIC (Associazione Italiana Celiachia) certification.
